Presentation Week Begins!

Last week in ISM, we started our research presentations and I continued my research for my original work. I make some big decisions regarding my original work and am super excited to continue working on it. I also got to see some amazing presentations from my fellow classmates that have given me inspiration for my presentation that I will be doing this week.

I have learned a great deal from my classmates presentations about their topics and original work. I find it fascinating how knowledgeable and passionate everyone in my class is and am very excited to share my work with my class.

I have decided what trading/investing strategies I want to use for my original work. I have decided to use the quantitative strategy, the global macro strategy, and the long/short equity strategy. I decided to use these particular strategies because I believe that they work best with the idea that I have in mind and would be smoothly implemented. I need to do more research on these specific strategies and add some criteria for the limits of these strategies, but so far they have worked well with my previous ideas. I am extremely excited to see my original work coming together and look forward to adding to my work.
